Working Out: Important Things To Keep In Mind



Are you on a workout, or planning to do workout, or lazy of doing your workout program because of never been able to see the results you are expecting for? Well, maybe you are not doing your workout/training program right...

Are you doing the basics? Here they are...



1) Do not try to do too much weight too fast. Take it slow, in a gradual manner and just follow your program.

2) Favor strict form over sloppy execution using heavy weights

3) Execute in a moderate fashion. Never do it like you're in a hurry.

4) Stay hydrated before, during and after the workout.

5) Change the program every four weeks (1 month).

6) Pre-workout meal 30 mins before apple or any fruit and protein shake right after... with 1,000mg. vit c.

7) Stick with the meal plan (Very Important).
