Supplements Are Food, Not Medicines!



I hate this when people do comment on the supplements I'm taking. According to them too much drugs in the body can cause you harm. And then, here I am again, explaining to them that I am not taking any "drugs". I am taking food, they are nutrients my man! They are vitamins and minerals and not drugs to cure any illnesses and diseases.

Taking supplements is one good way for you to nourish your body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs for all the metabolic processes to effectively be carried over by the cells. The trend today is that the food that are made readily available for us, well as for me, are "junks" and is unhealthy. They lack or they don't have these nutrients that our body needs to perform it's functions.

If your goal is to feel good, live a healthy life, there are a lot of ways for you to supplement your "unhealthy" diet. You can either start by new and strict diet,
which might be hard for most of you guys. You can also try preparing your own food for lunch and snacks or for any meals of the day using natural ingredients in your cooking, OR maybe what works for you is to try a supplementation. What i mean when i say the word supplementation is to take all those needed nutrients in a form of a capsule, tablets or power depending on what form is made available. Supplementation is hassle-free, can be brought anywhere with you, and is always handy whenever it's the time for you to take it.
